The Key To Protection
Being a real estate agent comes with it's own unique safety challenges. Your work patterns put you at greater risk than the majority of workers.
Real estate agents are perceived to earn a higher gross income than the majority of the population and most real
estate agents are women that work alone, many hours every week and often meeting unknown starngers in vacant premises.
It would make sense for a criminal to target them.
Training provides agents with strategy and contingency plans to maximise safety in all phases of their day and especially while showing properties, and hosting open houses.
Risk considerations include Office/Agent coordination and communication, social media safety, data security and safety protocol as well as de-escalation and evacuation skills.
As well as industry specific considerations we also teach role playing scenarios and simple, effective hands-on skills to help understand physical and instinctual response to threats or attacks.
